The Geeks Shall Inherit the Earth

“The Geeks Shall Inherit the Earth” design was actually the one that turned a blog project into a clothing brand. I was a recent graphic design graduate trying to teach myself how to create digital illustrations — my degree program didn’t have a concentration in Illustration at that time. I had begun creating an illustration a day and the Geeks illustration was one of them. I was posting the illustrations on my blog and Facebook page. A couple of people told me I should put the design on a shirt and I was hesitant at first, but I eventually obliged. That was the first printed shirt under the blog turned brand, then named The Underdog Diaries. There’s a lot of history behind this release, and I’m excited being able share it with people now that The Underdog Company is growing to become what I never would’ve fathomed it’d be.
